Turning Back the Clock: A Testament About Aging Gracefully

By Sharon Butler

One of the many things I’m learning as I mature in my ’50′s is that less is more.  There’s a tendency for some of us boomers to try holding on to our looks of yesteryear by coloring our hair, wearing clothes that may be a little too trendy or wearing too much or inappropriate make up. The truth is “youth” is about vibrancy - good health, good skin, and an energetic and positive lifestyle.

Turning back the clock is about wellness –  inside and out.  About a year ago, I began paying more attention to the affects of aging and saw it most noticeably in how I felt physically and the changes in my skin.  Changing my diet to healthier food options is restoring and, more importantly, healing my body.  I’m beginning to feel better than I’ve felt in almost a decade.

Changing my skin care to a healthier regime has revived my skin to such an extent that even I can’t tell that I’m almost 60. I have been consistently using Anthrospa Logic and, it is literally turning back the clock on my skin.  I virtually have no wrinkles in my face and my skin tone is smooth and even because of the Cleansing Renewal Face Rub and Hydrate and Tone Face Masque. The elasticity of my skin has  improved so much that my husband frequently comments on how soft and supple it feels.  The tiny, wrinkles that had started appearing under my neck and on my hands are gone thanks to the essential oils in the Dew Point Moisturizer.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I may not stop coloring my hair just yet. And, I  sometimes have to consult my daughters  for advice to make sure I’m not dressing too trendy, but my skin care is a “no brainer.”  Because of the all natural ingredients in Anthrospa Logic, my skin  is one of my best assets as I grow older. A “green” beauty regime is certainly working for me.
