Eco-Friendly Tip

It’s easy to go green and help the environment by making simple changes in your home. One way to reduce your “footprint” on the environment is by limiting waste through recycling or reusing some items. I like to reuse the plastic containers that serve as packaging for some foods, such as the containers resembling Tupperware in which some deli meats are packages. These little containers make handy storage containers for lunchtime sandwiches or dinner leftovers. Another idea is to reuse empty oatmeal containers by refilling them with oatmeal purchased in bulk from the store. I fill up a bag of organic oatmeal in the bulk section of Whole Foods and store it in my old oatmeal container at home. Reduce the amount of plastic you throw out by choosing personal care products packaged in recyclable packaging such as glass. AnthroSpa LogicĀ® skin care is a high performance 100% natural line of skin care packaged in chic Italian glass.
